Welcome to the Hoop2Hoop On-line Ordering Help Page 

Getting Started:

• It's easy! You can start browsing the selection of Aspley Devils Merchandise straight away simply by selecting the "Devils Store" tab at the top of the page!
• You will not be prompted to provide your account login details & other information until you are ready to place your first order. 
• If you would like to place an order now please see 'How to place an order' below.

Login & Passwords:

• To enable you to complete your first order you will be prompted to register your details.  This is mandatory - the order cannot be completed without these details.  You will then receive an automated email detailing the user name & password you have nominated.  Please store this in a safe place for future reference.
• To make it easy to remember, your User Name could be your email address in full.
• Your password must be at least 7 characters in length and can include letters and/or numbers.
• If you forget your password click on the icon provided and an automated email will be sent to notify you of your password. 
• Once registered, simply login using your user name and password. You can then review past orders by selecting the "My Account" tab.
• THIS IS A SECURE SITE.

How to place an order:

• Select the DEVILS STORE tab from the top menu to order from the range of stock items available. 
• Click on the image or name of the item you wish to order.  
• Select the size and quantity required then click the green cart icon.
• If MORE THAN ONE SIZE is required you will need to enter each size separately clicking on the green cart icon after each size selection.
• To view what you have ordered at any time simply click on the "Cart Content" Drop Down Menu at the top of the page. 
• Once you have selected an item and added it to your cart, the green cart item will appear on the top right hand corner of the page. You can click on this at any time to view full details of your order or make any changes. If you make a change here please be sure to click "Update Cart" to save your changes. 
• The "Final Checkout" will require you to complete your personal details before proceeding.  This will only be required on your first order.
• There is an option at "Final Checkout" to nominate a different delivery address other than your default address if required.
• Be sure to nominate your preferred Freight company and your account number in the text box provided otherwise your order will be shipped by Hoop2Hoop | Oomph Sports most economical freight method and these freight charges will be added to your credit card payment. 
• On completion of your payment details you will receive an order confirmation number emailed to your nominated email address showing details of your order. 

Payment Information: 

• Please note that your credit card will not be charged until day of dispatch.
• If paying by EFT please fax your payment confirmation to (07) 3808 1958 or email to devils.hoop2hoop.com.au.  The goods will not be dispatched until the payment confirmation has been received.

• Please post cheques to: PO Box 1248, Springwood Q 4127.  The goods will not be dispatched until the cheque is received.
