Returns for Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, H2H will do everything it can to provide you with assistance.
So that H2H may assist you better, please follow the procedure outlined below.
1. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, H2H should be notified by email. Please send an email to sales@hoop2hoop.com.au
In the email, please include:
a. The Order I.D.Number of your purchase;
b. The reason for your dissatisfaction; and
c. A photo of the problem.
d. Your daytime phone number
This will save unnecessary postage costs.
2. Please do not telephone the offices of H2H as the Customer Service Department cannot advise you of how to proceed with the return.
3. A H2H representative will contact you within 2 working days and advise whether the goods should be returned for exchange or repair.
4. H2H will seek advice from the manufacturer as to the appropriate course of action to be taken - i.e. refund, exchange, or repair.
If goods are to be returned or exchanged, goods must be returned to the H2H warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All goods returned for exchange of size must be in their original state and must not have not been worn or laundered. All identifying labels and price tags must be in place, and the goods must be in original condition.
Instructions for Return
To exchange an item, please download and complete the Exchange Request Form (requires Adobe Reader. Click here to download Adobe Reader).
Please include both the Exchange Request Form and your original invoice when submitting your item (s) for return.
Please note, items not accompanied by the Exchange Request Form and your original invoice will not be accepted.
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your return/exchange request. The new item(s) will be shipped to your Association in accordance with our standard delivery schedule.
